Terms of Service

A quotation is not a confirmed reservation. Your booking is confirmed only after TripDrive provides written confirmation and any agreed payment or deposit has been received. Please check all dates, pickup locations, flight details, passenger numbers, and vehicle requirements in the confirmation.

Quoted prices include only the services stated in your confirmation. Parking, tolls, overtime, additional waiting time, itinerary changes, attraction tickets, accommodation, and third-party charges may be additional where applicable. Any deposit, payment method, and due date will be shown in your quotation or confirmation.

Passengers must provide accurate booking information, arrive on time, comply with applicable laws, and treat vehicles and chauffeurs respectfully. For safety, seat belts must be worn where available. Smoking, illegal items, and conduct that creates a safety risk are not permitted. TripDrive may charge for material cleaning or damage caused by passengers and may refuse service where behavior creates a safety risk.

We aim to provide the confirmed vehicle category. If an operational issue requires a change, we may provide a comparable or higher-category vehicle and, where practical, notify you in advance. Passenger and luggage details must be accurate so we can recommend a suitable vehicle. Excess luggage, passengers, or equipment may require a larger vehicle or additional vehicle at an additional cost.

Child and baby seats can be requested in advance, subject to availability. Please provide each child's age, height, and weight so we can prepare an appropriate option. The accompanying adult remains responsible for confirming that the seat and restraint are suitable for the child before travel.

For airport services, please provide a valid flight number and notify us promptly of any changes. We will make reasonable efforts to monitor flight arrival times when flight details are supplied. Included waiting time, meet-and-greet arrangements, and any additional charges are stated in the booking confirmation.

Changes are subject to vehicle availability and may affect the quoted price. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy, unless your written quotation states different terms.

Additional stops, time, distance, passengers, or route changes may affect the price and must be confirmed where possible before travel. Attraction tickets, meals, accommodation, licensed tour guides, and other third-party services are excluded unless specifically stated in writing. Chauffeurs are transportation professionals and are not licensed guides unless a guide is expressly included. Some services may be delivered by carefully selected local vehicle operators; only the details necessary to operate your trip will be shared with them.

We make reasonable efforts to provide punctual, safe, and professional service. However, TripDrive is not responsible for delays or service changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, traffic incidents, government restrictions, flight changes, or force majeure events.
