How to cancel or change a booking

Send your request by email or WhatsApp using the contact details on this website. A cancellation or change is effective only at the time TripDrive confirms receipt in writing, not when a message is first sent. Include your name, service date, and booking reference where available.

Standard cancellation schedule

  • More than 48 hours before scheduled pickup: eligible for a full refund of prepaid service charges.
  • 24 to 48 hours before scheduled pickup: eligible for a 50% refund of prepaid service charges.
  • Less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup: prepaid service charges are non-refundable.
  • No-show, refusal of service, or cancellation after vehicle dispatch: non-refundable.

Special services and third-party costs

Bookings involving Toyota Alphard, Volvo EM90, Mercedes-Benz S-Class, Sprinter, Coaster, peak dates, exhibitions, long-distance travel, or multi-day charters may have different cancellation terms. Guides, tickets, accommodation, and other third-party services can also carry separate rules. Non-refundable third-party costs, bank charges, and expenses already incurred are not refundable unless a provider refunds them to us. Your written quotation takes priority where it states different terms.

Itinerary changes and delays

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Changes that add distance, time, locations, passengers, or vehicle requirements may result in additional charges. Flight delays are handled according to the waiting-time terms in your booking confirmation.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time may vary by payment provider and bank; please allow 5 to 10 business days after our written approval. Any payment processor or bank fees that cannot be recovered may be deducted where permitted.

Events outside either party's control

If a service cannot proceed because of a force majeure event, we will work with you to reschedule or provide the available refund after unavoidable costs. This may include severe weather, official restrictions, major transport disruption, or other events beyond reasonable control.
